The cake/ cupcakes / cookies I want to order isn’t on your website, what can I do?

No problem! Contact us via our contact form and we will be delighted to provide a quote for a bespoke creation. All of our cakes, cupcakes and cookies are made to order and it is almost certain that no two cakes are the same as the message, colour scheme and decoration are unique to you. If you have a picture or sketch of the cake you would like, you can email it to us at sugar.rush.chigwell@gmail.com 

How long do I need to order in advance?

Our beautiful cakes, cupcakes and cookies are hand-crafted and freshly baked just for you in our 5 star rated home kitchen. Many can be made within a week, however, our most intricate designs can take up to 14 days or if we need to order decorations.

What size cake do I need?

We always advise the right size cake to feed the number of people attending your event or party. 

Our cake servings are stated in the drop down menus on the individual cake pages.

What flavour do I order for my cake?

The flavour of your cake is totally up to you. You can mix and match from the current flavour menu. If you have a flavour in mind that is not currently listed on the menu, please feel free to reach out and we are happy to accommodate where possible.

Where do I collect the cake?

Sugar Rush Chigwell is a homebased custom cake business based in Chigwell, Essex. All collections will have to be made from a home address in Chigwell. Collection details will be shared with you after a booking has been made due to it being a private address. 

Do you offer delivery?

Delivery services are available upon request. There is a small fee of £4.99 within a 5 miles radius. However, we can post our Dubai kunafa chocolates, brownies and cookies for £3.99. Postal orders over £40 are eligible for FREE delivery.

Do you cater for allergy requirements?

All recipes at Sugar Rush Chigwell have been tried and tested over years to create a high standard and delicious taste. Ensuring the taste and standards are upheld,  Sugar Rush Chigwell does NOT currently offer cakes, cupcakes , cookies and chocolates catered for dietary requirements.

Sugar Rush Chigwell is a home based business offering delicious treats from a home kitchen that handles nuts, gluten, diary, eggs and other common allergens and therefore can not guarantee the absence of any contact or cross contamination with common allergens.

Please let me know beforehand if you or anyone of your party has allergy requirements and I can advise you if Sugar Rush Chigwell is the right fit for you and your occasion.
